Zoom sono confezioni cresciute a “misura d’uomo” e realizzate fra il 1998 ed il 1999, con pittura acrilica su tela montata su telai tridimensionali.
Micro-storie situate direttamente sulla linea di compenetrazione fra il vissuto quotidiano ed il palinsesto di fiction di cui è costituito, nel cuore stesso di quelle icone familiari e rassicuranti dove lo scambio fra invenzione narrativa e realtà è già avvenuto ed il margine che, per quanto incerto e confuso, divideva il mondo esterno, dei fatti e delle cose, da quello interno delle pulsioni e dei desideri, è saltato; e l’ombra, la parodia, i contenuti latenti di gesti e cose non cadono più al di fuori, ma costituiscono essi stessi e rendono percepibile come reale la stratificazione di schermi e rappresentazioni in cui quotidianamente navighiamo.

Microstories set exactly on the intersection of daily experience and the schedule of “fiction” that make it up, in the very heart of those familiar and reassuring icons where the exchange between fictional narrative and reality has already taken place and the borderline, however uncertain and confused, which divided the external world of facts and objects from the internal one of drives and desires has disappeared; and the shadow, the parody, the hidden contents of gestures and things do no longer fall outside, but they themselves are and make real the stratified performances which glitter in the world.
